Gift Vouchers are issued under the following terms and conditions.

No monetary refunds will be given. Gift Vouchers are not refundable. (in the event the festival did not go ahead on the planned date and had to be rescheduled due to circumstances outwith Scottish Festival of Motorings control,  your gift voucher/s will be validated for the rescheduled date only)

Please ensure you buy the correct gift voucher – No refunds will be given for incorrect gift voucher purchases.

Scottish Festival of Motoring reserve the right to alter the show content at any time. In the event of this happening, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.

Scottish Festival of Motoring or the venue owners do not accept responsibility for any property damaged or lost at the festival or for any personal injury or liability.

Scottish Festival of Motoring is a private event and as such filming is restricted to non-commercial photography (still or moving pictures). Any photos taken or filming done remains the copyright of Scottish Festival of Motoring and as such by attending the event you agree that any and all photos/film be used by Scottish Festival of Motoring at any time without further communication. Commercial photography/filming for profit is forbidden without prior written consent and a fee paid.

Scottish Festival of Motoring reserve the right to change or amend the date of the event, due to reasons outwith their control.

Scottish Festival of Motoring reserve the right to refuse admission.
