In the event the festival did not go ahead on the planned date and had to be rescheduled due to circumstances outwith Scottish Festival of Motorings control,  your prize will be validated for the rescheduled date only.

The winner cannot exchange the prize for any monetary value or any other alternative.

The following is applicable for each of the activities.

Supercar Passenger Experience: suitable for all ages, minimum height 137cm
HGV Learner Driver Lesson: suitable for ages 10+, minimum height 147cm
Junior Driving Lesson: suitable for ages 10+, minimum height 147cm

Scottish Festival of Motoring or the venue owners (RHC) do not accept responsibility for any property damaged or lost at the festival or for any personal injury or liability and as a result cannot be held responsible. The attendeee voluntarily assumes all risk and danger whether occurring prior to or at the event.

Any photos taken or filming done remains the copyright of Scottish Festival of Motoring and as such by attending the event you agree that any and all photos/film taken by a third party may be used by Scottish Festival of Motoring at any time without further communication. Commercial photography/filming for profit is forbidden without prior written consent and a fee paid.

Scottish Festival of Motoring video and take images of the event throughout the day. Any images and video’s taken by our event team may be used in our social media, website or promotional material. Attendance at our events affirms your consent to be used as a member of the event audience.
